The beginning of the usual daily dumping outside 190 Streatham Rd by the barriers.

Please see my previous reports for this recurring problem. The rubbish I reported on Thursday 2nd May was cleared away and this bag has appeared this morning The foxes have opened it and it is blowing across the road. Thank you to your operatives who do a really good job of clearing this mess but I am sure they have better things to do than to come here on almost daily basis.
