Whilst walking in Harvington at 9a.m. this morning , very close to this tree, an extremely large branch crashed to the ground without any warning. The tree is marked with a red dot, so clearly has been earmarked for some reason. These trees should be cordoned off if that suggests a safety issue, as someone would have been seriously injured if they had been underneath.

Flooding and water flowing from a leak from Cemetery Lodge 224 Harrington Road, 29th April
There is an ongoing flood that is very close to the Tram Tracks at HARRINGTON Road Tram Stop. The water seems to be flooding from a possible broken pipe but is causing a danger to the stability of the track itself. There is constant water and mud towards the park entrance and the land that the Tram is on is soaked all the time and overflowing in a hazardous manner. This is a concern for the neighbours due to the proximity of the tram track itself.

No tree planted, large stake leaning left loose in the ground, 28th April
Outside 6/8 Pine Avenue tree planting couldn’t be carried out by council contractors as previous tree roots hadn’t been ground out to sufficient depth to allow new tree planting. This was some time ago and a new large stake has been left loose in the ground. Please can the roots be ground out and a new tree planted asap. If not remove the leaning loose stake.
Cars are normally parked here so will need a notice and cones to free the space for grinding and planting!

Flooding impeding crossing walking, 28th April
There have been works on the road doing some pipework. These are just finished but now the previous issue of water stagnant after rain is even worse. Light rain already causes flooding. It's not possible to cross walking and cars don't slow down splashing water. Drain issues going on for years now made even worse.
