The A556 road was resurfaced mid 2022 since the resurfacing the noise level from vehicles has become totally unbearable. Complaints have been made directly to MP Esther Mcvey regarding this issue but no response as been received. I now forward my complaint to my local Cheshire East Council Authority to respond to my concerns.

Singh House, Ascol drive, 10th July
Illegally put up a 'private road' sign for his property despite not being the legal road owner. This man is trying to block access to a road he does not legally own and this sign needs to be taken down. He needs to be issued with a warning as despite his bid to purchase the road being refused by the current owner he has repeatedly tried to physically block access over the past month with vehicles and now an illegal sign. This man is being verbally abusive to residents

Eastbound footway, Cheshire Road, between Ascol Drive and Linnards Lane, 28th August
At least 50% of the footway is covered by soil and grass, forcing you to walk close to the carriageway. And the trees from the verge are so badly overgrown you have to duck far beneath them. It's really dangerous - the traffic speeds on the road are very high, it's scary to use it.
To clear this is a day with a digger scraping up the overgrowth, and a day with a couple of men cutting the trees back. Would you please fix it so I can walk in safety on the pavement? It isn't a big ask.
