Gate on NCW chained shut, 14th January
Chained shut and tied up with baling twine, prevented access to public walking route. Worth noting stiles have been removed furth north on this route alongside footpath signs. Seem like the land owner is trying to prevent access to this public right of way with no alternative route round this blockage.

The gullies are totally blocked by mud between Smithy Farm and the entrance gate for Arley estate, 2nd January
Unfortunately farmers/contractors don't appear to clear up after themselves anymore. Tractors have put a lot of mud on the road, which has now blocked the gullies and drains. Please can anything be done? The road is constantly wet/flooded and with cold weather coming will be lethal with ice as it is never gritted. Thank you as always.

Arley Road, CW9 6LZ. Between Horseshoe Cottage and Aesops Cottages by the red phone box, 26th July
Road drainage issue (reported and attended to) has left large dips and big potholes along the edge of the road. These fill with water every time it rains which then further deteriorates the road surface. Requires urgent attention as it is the main route into Arley for events traffic and may cause damage to cars. Thank you.

The road drain has collapsed. A large puddle collects in the dip everytime it rains. The road surface has deteriorated considerably due to the volume of water. Passing cars send waves of water over the hedges of the nearby properties.

Between Garland Hall and Arley Walkers Car Park, 23rd January
Road has gotten worse consistently while the Harry Potter event has been on over last four months. When these are full of water they are difficult to see and regularly cause flat tires abs broken alloys. At night time they are particularly dangerous. Lots of walkers and cyclists use the road too increasing the risk. Received an update on 5/1/22 stating these have been fixed, and the job is now closed. As you can see from the photos taken today, they are not fixed and have had no work done on them. Thanks
