On Swan Bank, Congleton outside The Counting House., 13th May
The centre of Congleton was paved a few years ago with pavers and paving slab. Three potholes have appeared in the paving in the road outside the Counting House. These three areas have been repaired with tarmac. I believe a fortune of one million pounds was spent on these improvements. Could these three areas be repaired correctly with pavers like the whole surrounding area. This will restore the whole area and the Town Centre to its former glory. Many Thanks.

Alley between houses with gates on, 13th May
I reported only a few days ago that someone had dumped a flat screen tv in alley at the side of my house. Now there are crutches that have been dumped next to the tv. People use the alley to cut through but also need it to get bins out to the road on bin day .

Entrance to Council Park,, 13th May
Car's parked on single track entrance to park, we have our detached garage to the right of park entrance with to drive which we own including garage on deeds to house. We obviously need access to garage for car and any deliveries. Car's park on single track entrance to park and our private driveway when bringing children and picnics in hot weather. We have now lived here for 2 years and suffer regularly with people leaving car's and not moving them when we politely ask them to do so. Maybe yellow lines at entrance would be a help.

Corner of morley drive and biddulph road, 13th May
Drainage. I've been complaining about this for years now. 2015 I was advised an additional drain was to be installed, but this goes way back; its been an on-going issue since the road was re-surfaced. The existing gully is clearly not up to the job and despite assurance that there is no problem, here we are again. Surface water from the railway flyover carries with it road grit that’s applied in winter and the excess water from the flooding flows into Morley Drive along with the grit. That in turn blocks the drain in Morley Drive and we are faced with an enormous pool of standing water.
My boundary wall has been damaged twice now, the standing water on the corner causing vehicles turning in to lose control. The wall can be repaired, but not pedestrians.
Following my last complaint: 08/02 I received an update ‘in progress’ 09/05 another update ‘no further action’ May I ask, when can we expect this to be resolved?

West Road, on the 'two lane' length approaching the roundabout with the Clayton Bypass, 11th May
As reported in both Sept last year (ref:5014057) and January this year (ref: 5400264). The lane marking is almost non-existent, giving rise to poor lane dsicipline even in daylight, where eastbound vehicles in the 'right-hand' lane are straying into the lane for westbound vehicles. I'd like to know why nothing has been done to remedy this after nearly 8 months.
