Please see attached photo, ongoing issues with water tankers re-filling from FIRE HYDRANT at the top of cledford cresent on a daily basis , four to five times a day. Now ALL of cledford cresent is being subdued to clay/mud and debris being left on the road from top to bottom, this coming from the new housing estate being built on booth lane....! The road again is in need of cleaning...This will be an going theme until something is done about the vehicles leaving the site with clay all over there wheels going unpoliced by the Council and the highway authorities. A, C.D.M should be in place to control this kind of carelessness.

Several large & deep potholes here, they are an absolute disgrace and need dealing with immediately. But the entire length of Long Lane from the crossroads to the roundabout needs re-surfacing.

Coriander Close, 12th May
Street sign is dumped in Harbutts field by the gate entrance king street I believe this sign was positioned in Coriander Close by the end house that has a grey plastic fence they landscaped the land on the other side of their fence. The sign was positioned by their house

At the traffic traffic lights coming into middlewich, 12th May
At the traffic lights for traffic coming from northwich into middewich king street and from centurion way onto king street. The signage is inadequate for HGV's that go over the.weak bridge, the HGV's then reverse into the neck of Coriander close before going back over the weak bridge!!!!!!

Entrance to Coriander Close, 12th May
There is 1 Coriander close sign, the other has been ripped out repeatedly by HGV's that come over the weak bridge and reverse in the edge of the close to go back out over the weak bridge!!! The sign has been ripped from the ground and metal legs are bent. Please take the old one away and/or replace it.

Also rearding the construction / design /management plan for this company, which should state a wheel cleaning process is in place before entering any highway ...?

End of cledford cresent, 10th May
Ongoing issue with large water tankers , illegally re-filling from FIRE HYDRANT, leaving clay/mud/and Debris all over the road and further down the cresent. This causing elderly residents not open there windows, some of whom are in there ninetys and is becoming a health hazard to them ........

Just past a small junction heading towards Crewe exactly as map shows, 9th May
Large area of road surface has failed and come away. Probably 3m long and several areas within this patch. It’s been like this for at least a month if not 2. Surface is damaged to a depth of a couple of inches. Nearly made me come off my motorcycle as it’s not easily seen at night.
