Traffic lights, 20th February
The fence along the oil terminal is being replaced and every day traffic lights are set up. The signs stated it will last for 12 weeks which ended on 8 Feb. Presumably they had a permit for this which I guess has run out. Yet the lights are still being set up every day even when no one turns up to work on it. Monday 19th is an example. This is delaying everyone, everyday meaning people are wasting their lives sitting at lights for no reason.

Constant flooding, 23rd October
This section of road is in a constant state of flooding. The drains are clogged full of soil / dirt which sluices off the field, through the hedge and across the road, leaving no option but to pile up and create standing water. The drains need sorting out and also a long term fix for the muddy rain water which flows across the road because it isn’t contained.

Flooding internally and externally to my property, as well as other neighbours properties., 19th July
ST say it was caused by the highway drains not taking the water away. We had 7 inches of standing water outside the property and 3 inches in my lounge. My neighbours had their drains checked on the night it happened and they were clear. There were 7 houses on our row which were flooded. ST are claiming they are not responsible for sewage entering our homes, and its the fault of the highways dept.
