Overgrown hedge, 24th April
These conifers on Frederick Neal Avenue are restricting pavement and causing problems for my wife who has sight issues, also for the general public. The issue is made worse when cars decide to park on the pavement. Please can you arrange to have the trees cut back to the property boundary. Since my previous report the conifers have had a “very slight trim” but the issue is not addressed!

Grass no getting cut., 15th April

Hello when ever we have rain. The subway allways floods. Dosnt have to be alot of rain either. Lots of children and parents use the subway to get to and from school and work.

Pollution of drainage ditch, 14th April
The house on the corner of Shirley lane called mountain ash has a pipe that appears to drain grey water directly from their drive into the drainage ditch which fills up and particularly as the weather gets warmer it has a really bad odour. I’m not sure where the water is coming from but it has been draining for a long time (years) and has started smelling already.
