These conifers on Frederick Neal Avenue are restricting pavement and causing problems for my wife who has sight issues, also for the general public. The issue is made worse when cars decide to park on the pavement. Please can you arrange to have the trees cut back to the property boundary. Since my previous report the conifers have had a “very slight trim” but the issue is not addressed!

Pedestrian access affected by local business, 3rd April
Car wash continually allowing water and cleaning chemicals to flow across pavement. Pavement in poor state as a result, forcing pedestrians, pushchairs and the elderly to walk in the road to avoid the constant mess.

Speed limit signs painted over, 29th March

Tree split and fallen, blocking public footpath in frequent use., 18th March
An old tree has split and a large section is blocking the footpath meaning walkers using this path have to circuit it by walking in the farmers field. It happened over the weekend.
