I have worked in hellidon for 2 years and this junction scares me. It goes onto a national speed limit road and you can’t see more than a few meters BOTH left and right when pulling out, you just have to risk it. I have had a few near misses when pulling out.

Dangerous Parking, 16th June
Dangerous parking along Southam Road. We cannot see when coming out of our Cul de Sac and vehicles cannot see us coming when they are travelling towards us leaving the village. Vehicles come in and out the village at super fast speeds which makes it even more dangerous.

Right of Way through woodland needs a re-direct., 2nd June
The is no physical right of way through the woodland, it is blocked by a fence with barbed wire and cannot be crossed. The woodland is heavily overgrown and there is no visible footpath. If walking from north to south, I would recommend walking around the woodland to the footpath in the field below, by walking around the west side of the woodland. There need to be waymarkers fixed to the posts to indict this. On the opposite side of the woodland is a shooting range, someone could quite easily go the wrong way around whilst shooting is occurring. I do believe this needs addressing as it could be dangerous for inexperienced walkers.

Speeding in 30 mile zone, 7th June
I live on the Southam Road and my neighbours and I are very concerned by the lack of notice drivers take of the 30 mph limit. My doorstep is right on this road and there are other who live on te road that are worried about the speeding that occurs by private and company vehicles. Please could we have some form of calming system for the sake of our health and safety? Dawn Gosling
