The rectangle drain cover on the edge of the road is missing. Just see a dark hole when I drive past. Has been like it for a few months but worried a cyclist may get too close to the curb and drop a tyre in it.

Shot Roadsign, 1st December
This double bend sign looks as if someone has shot it with a shotgun. There is a large hole in the centre of it with chipping around it, like stray shot. This has been like it for a long time, but never replaced for some reason.

Filthy, obscured road signs, 9th September
Driving through this area today. Many road signs very dirty, and fully or partially obscured by overgrown trees. I'm all for cutting back less where appropriate, but in many places it seems it's been cut back EXCEPT right in front of the sign. Focus on making the signs visible please.

Street lights not working, 31st July
The street lights on oak close are not working. They seemed to have been turned off and very recently flickered on and off at night like a disco light. They have generally been off for months. I personally would like to see them back on as they oversee the parked vehicles and provide a little bit of light indoors at night so you don’t stumble around. Good to prevent any crime at night as you can actually see what’s going on.

Continuous dangerous parking Oxford Street, Southam, 20th July
Vehicles are parked daily on a road which has two solid white lines, meaning traffic has to pass on the opposite side of the road around a blind bend, meeting oncoming traffic head-on. I've had several near misses and witnessed another near accident today. Allegedly police have warned the dangerously parked vehicle owners approximately a month ago that FPN's will start being issued. Nothing has happened since then and the problem is worse than ever.

Parking dangerously close to a junction, 1st June
There's two cars which park within 10m of the junction of Kingfisher Drive and the main road, this has lead to several near misses with vehicles turning into Kingfisher Drive and vehicles looking to exit the estate. In the vicinity of the main junction is a left turn and a right turn and the offending cars are causing chaos at the junction restricting the view and parking partly on the pavement making pedestrian access difficult.
