FIXMYSTREET IN CV47 2AQ
The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of CV47 2AQ:
Extreme risk on bend not reflected by signage or markings, 6th April
The road is not wide enough at the bend to ensure safety with the zero visibility from the height of the hedges. A car and goods vehicle have to take evasive action (veering to left, pehaps into bush/verge) when either one has not slowed enough. There is surprisingly no signage here for the bend, despite the need to reduce speed from 60 to 30-40mph.

Extremely rough and broken road surface, 28th November
The stretch of road between the marked point and the junction with the A423 to the south of the marked point is in appalling condition. The surface is very heavily broken up and there are many potholes along it. It is a very bad road to drive along, but is very dangerous to cycle along as the only bit it is safe to cycle on is a narrow strip (approx 1 metre wide) along middle where the surface is smoother. If a car comes when you are cycling, you are forced to ride away from the middle and into the very rough areas, which if it is wet, are filled with water and you are unable to see what you are riding into.

Wrong sign in use … safety issue, 25th March
There is a keep left bollard at a junction directing traffic from athe B4100 into an unclassified road. This is accompanied by a one way street sign that is on a two way road …see photo. The bollard should not have a single arrow (pass either side would be acceptable or no arrow at all) . For strangers to the area at night these are CRITICAL SAFETY FEATURES and a copy of this report has been sent to HM Coroner for information should an accident occur.

Inappropriate location of "keep left" sign, 19th February
When the South exit of school Lane was made one way to prevent traffic joining B4100 a "keep left" bollard was erected between the exit of school Lane and the South bound carriageway of the B4100. The legal interpretation of this is to require all traffic South bound on B4100 to keep left into school Lane. In reality this is never done and the keep left rule has never been enforced. B4100 traffic continues to use the South bound carriageway in contravention of the "keep left" sign.
