Graffiti on Cannon Hill Road Bridge, 8th April
Please remove ALL graffiti from the bridge on Cannon Hill Road, on both sides of the road. Graffiti is currently on the brook side of the bridge's walls rather than the road side. Please look all the way round both bridge walls to see all graffiti. This bridge has attracted graffiti for many many decades. To avoid recurring call outs, please consider introducing an effective deterrent and/or an anti graffiti covering on the bridge walls. This would reduce costs and efforts in the long term. Thank you.

Large Plastic Bag / Tarpaulin kerbside., 29th March
I drive this route regularly and in the last week I have noticed a large plastic bag / tarpaulin has appeared kerbside. It keeps moving and will eventually blow into the A45 carriageway where the slip road joins.

Planks of Wood with nails in kerbside., 29th March
These planks of wood with nails in kerbside have been here for at least two years now ! they have obviously come off an open skip vehicle where the A45 crosses the A46 on the bridge. I reported this on this platform approx two years ago to no avail. If high winds were experienced I believe the planks could fly onto the A46 carriageway below.

Bollards are missing in traffic calming, 27th March
Several of the bollards marking the raised areas at a priority chicane in the traffic calming system are broken, not visible or missing entirely. There's one section that's really dangerous as you can hardly see the raised kerb in the middle of the road. It's been getting worse since the measures were installed but this evening one of them is a serious hazard.

Potholes, 8th March
Deep potholes in the wheel tracks just before the Jacklin Drive entrance heading southbound on Howes Lane. In the braking zone, deep and difficult to avoid if traffic is coming in the opposite direction.

Wheelie bins left out everyday., 6th March
For sometime now a neighbour has been leaving all his wheelie bins out on the street each day. They are used mostly to ‘save’ a space to park or to protect his car either end. However, the bins often block the whole pavement meaning pushchair and our wheelchair user neighbour to have to use the road.

Reinstate metal bollard knocked over by a recent car crash., 4th March
Please reinstate metal bollard knocked over by a recent car crash. Go straight on at the end of Cannon Park Road over Cannon Hill Road and into the field and you'll see it. This has been reported before but strangely could not be found by your inspector. Please also clear up any remaining debris from the car accident. Many thanks.

Bad parking.. big bush, 2nd March
On HELE road...a combination of poor parking and poor maintenance of the bush by the occupiers of the house.. this is a daily occurance and I have to walk on the road. Pushchairs or wheelchairs couldnt get past. I asked to white car to move polite. It reversed ended up on the grass straightened up and left it where it was.

Central reservation and verges of A46 from Coventry to around the Stoneleigh junction full of rubbish, debris, old road signs and stands., 1st March
The amount of rubbish, spread verge soil on to the edge of the carriageway and abandoned road signs, sign stands and other items prevent water from draining from the road surface leading to big puddles and floods. I travel this road to work every day and its getting more and more dangerous with cars aquaplaning and spinning in the water.
