The black horse pub in Moreton Morrell are permanently storing there waste bins on the foot path , it’s unsafe unsightly and glass on floor ,
Please can they be contacted and asked to store bins behind the pub correctly
This concern will need to be addressed by Warwickshire county council as the foot path is not stratfords area .

Bins stored on public footpath, 27th March
I recently expressed concern that the black horse pub in Moreton Morrell are keeping there bins permanently on the foot oatas it’s convenient for them , there are now even more bins being stored here , it’s noisy after hours when they empty them and disturbing residents by dragging them up the side alley at night , not to mention the unsightly state of them when going on a pleasant village walk . Please please can something be done about this , it’s not right to keep them on a public foot path

Commercial waste bin and rubbish bags, 4th March
This large commercial waste bin and rubbish bags from the black horse pub are constantly being stored on the public foot path . It’s really unsightly and people are throwing there dog waste in or near it and it’s starting to smell and generally looks really unpleasant and not to mention unsanitary as it’s right behind peoples back gardens. The bin needs to be stored away properly on the pub’s premises not on the public right of way

Massive potholes, 4th February
Both sides of the road from the Fosse up to the houses on Brook Lane is in a terrible state of disrepair. Massive potholes both sides of the road, very deep to the point it causes extreme difficulty in pulling in to let cars pass as the road surface is that narrow that it is only one car wide. Even passing a push-bike is difficult when you aren't driving a large vehicle. My friend broke their sump tank by pulling in as the potholes were that large with uneven ground around them and the car ended up being a write-off. These potholes have been present for a long time and are getting worse very quickly.

Very poor pathway, roots creeping up from underneath., 27th September
Very poor condition and very dangerous pathway because of roots creeping through from underneath causing hollows and an uneven walkway. My 85 year old father fell on it causing him to have to go to A+E and have numerous stitches on very bad facial cuts. I am told it has been reported before.
