Numerous potholes and damage road surface, 13th March
There are numerous potholes and damage to the road on the sliproad to join the M40 southbound. I have seen vehicles swerve into the other lane to avoid the potholes, which causes drivers to suddenly break, endangering other road users. This urgently needs repairing.

A company has left a shiny gold van on the bridge of the B4463 above the M40 (north/west from junction 15). When the sun hits it in the morning/afternoon it is very distracting and blinding to drivers on the motorway. Is it possible to have it moved?

There are 3 street lights at the northern end of Vicarage Lane, Sherbourne which as not working, 30th January
I tried to report these on the interactive map on the WCC website but clicking on the map had no effect. Three lights are as follows: Lamp # 3 located on the pavement by the front gate to The Old Rectory Lamp # 6 on the west side of Vicarage Lane about 100 m from #3, opposite house name 1 Sherbourne Corner Lamp # 5 on the west side of Vicarage Lane opposite cottage number 24 Vicarage Lane.
