Several trees have been cut badly at the top of Sheepcote Drive onto School Street. The trees are now dangerously resting on branches, with one leaning towards the road. The only entrance/exist to Sheepcote drive which if they fall and not cleared quickly no emergency services can enter the road putting lives and homes at risk. One of the trees is leaning towards the electric housing station right next to the trees. Pavement needs widening., 17th March

Sun, 17 Mar 2024 10:23:24 +0000
52.380872 -1.305216

The pavement along this road (back lane to the green) could benefit from being wider. As the new section on back lane is wider but then narrows considerably towards The Green. Maybe request the developer to change the pavement. It’s also littered with debris and broken glass.

Park equipment damaged requires attention, 17th March

Sun, 17 Mar 2024 10:19:03 +0000
52.380872 -1.305216

The outdoor park equipment needs attention; 1. The bop it machine does not work and appears to have been broken with parts missing. 2. The multi use astroturf area needs the netting repaired or replaced as there are sharp edges to it 3. The zip line needs tightening up. It’s sagging when kids use it. It’s not a difficult fix. 4. The few bins that are around the parks need repairs or replacements. 5. Maybe a few more benches/tables would be beneficial. 6. Better access for people to use the wc.

Major delays caused by poor temporary traffic light timing Addison Road Rugby, 11th March

Mon, 11 Mar 2024 18:38:30 +0000
52.373964 -1.280062

Resubmitting because I didn’t put the address. It is the roadwork traffic lights on Addison Road, Rugby near Newland Street. The three way traffic lights for the roadworks here are causing huge tailbacks during rush hours. It took approx 25 minutes to exit the Somers Road industrial estate earlier, and the length and timings, as well as the proximity to other junctions causes some people to be stuck through a red - green - red cycle as their way is blocked by traffic taking time to clear coming the other way. It wouldn’t be so bad but there’s been no one working there today so it’s unknown how long these works will take.

Parking on junction, 11th March

Mon, 11 Mar 2024 13:39:50 +0000
52.37999 -1.309192

The house on the corner of West Street and Chapel Street insists on parking a big Range Rover on the junction. Anybody travelling down West Street to Chapel Street has to go on the wrong side of the road, this is extremely dangerous and will only be a matter of time before an accident happens. This is an ongoing problem that I’m surprised has not been reported before.
