Selfish parking, 20th March
Although this is a quiet street the driver of this vehicle has left no room for pedestrians to pass on the pavement footpath forcing them into the road.
As someone trying to train a young puppy to stay off the road this is frustrating for me, but to someone else, for example, with a push chair, who has partial sight or is blind, or someone who is disabled or has mobility issues it must be hell.
Whilst a more general ban on pavement parking is required, in my opinion, this is causing an obstruction and as such I believe is against the law.

Disgrace, 31st December
Just seen an article in the Sunday Times about you finally being taken to court and hopefully sanctioned with a litter Abatement order.
National Highways, you are an absolute disgrace. The whole network that you are responsible for is covered in litter. Every central reservation, lay-by, junction, verge and slip-road is covered in historic litter, debris and tons of littering from YOUR disgraceful workers. Metal A frames, sand bags, cones etc are at everyone of the aforementioned locations throughout the network.
Instead of being proactive and trying to improve the littering issue, you Instead, are one of the major culprits but then deny it is an issue. Then you have the absolute audacity to complain about road users littering when your workers are doing the exact same thing everyday!
You really should hang your head in shame. A very miserable new year to you, your lazy, hypocritical workers that continue to leave their mess everywhere, including the disgraceful TM companies of Chevron, Ringway and Martin TM that you continue to give contracts too despite knowing the mess they leave everywhere.
Utter national embarrassment you and your workers are, let's hope this Abatement is one of many coming your way!
