Local wildlife site being used as a toilet, 31st March
Lots of wipes being left behind trees so that they can't be seen from the footpath. Silverstone Drive is being used for overnight parking so wonder if this may be the source as wipes dumped in bushes all along there as well. Terrible smell and lots of flies! It is not pleasant to walk past and concerned for children who may play here. Location needs a deep clean-up operation and regular check-ups. Is there anyway to prevent HGVs parking overnight here?

Garden waste tipped in a local wildlife site, 31st March
Garden waste tipped in Bassford Bridge Meadow LWS (Sowe Meadows). Partially blocking a footpath. Mixture of plant material some of which has been bagged up. Includes bamboo. Completely irresponsible to dump garden rubbish at a location such as this as invasive plants could take over and cause issues for local wildlife. Suspect that this might be someone who has been paid to clear a garden. Otherwise wouldn't it have been easier just to use your own brown-lidded bin or book a visit to the tip and get rid of it for free!

Litter picking and overgrowth needs trimming back, 17th March
Whole area around the island needs litter picking especially in verges and near the railway bridge. Also the overgrowth near the railway bridge needs trimming back, as access along the path on this very busy road is becoming dangerous once again.

Road and path need cleaning, 17th March
The road and pathway from blackhorse road all the way down to the m6 viaduct is covered in mud/ sand/ gravel. All the drains are blocked once again. This is causing flooding at the slightest bit of rainfall, especially near the entrance to grovelands industrial estate. Walking this route to work everyday is an absolute mightmare. I have been reporting this issue for years and it is now being made even worse by the construction sites ..is anything ever going to be done about it ?

The fence at the end of Mallow Croft separating the road/path and the green space behind has broken. The fence is down to the left of the access gate and along, leaving a potential access point to green space and into The Nook.

Abandoned car, 25th February
There is a grey coloured car outside number 35 that has been abandoned. It is parked front end against the kerb and has been seriously damaged. It is dangerous and kids keep playing on it. I think it has been involved in an accident. The number plates are missing and I’m not sure what kind of car it is.

Traffic lights just opposite old skoda garage, 25th February
Really bad pothole formed on nearside. Dangerous to cyclists. Also a drain cover has a large pot hole formed around it. Alot of dangerous pot holes from junction of bayton road to black horse road lights please inspect and repair. Also sunken in man hole cover on bayton road lights.

More flytipping – used anti-freeze and engine oil containers and a starter battery left on roadside., 24th February
Used containers of anti-freeze red, Morris engine oil and a Mercedes-Benz starter battery left on the pavement near the River Sowe. On the opposite side of the road, more tyres have been dumped and further up wooden posts and a paint tin have been flytipped.
