Unfortunately it would be unsafe for me to measure or take pictures due to the heavy traffic but the pot pole has become so large that it is completely unavoidable due to a crossing.

Hole in bridge, 15th March
For a while now (probably around 6/7 months) the footbridge on this footpath has been deteriorating to the point it now has holes in and becoming unsafe to use. It has been patched here and there by the local farmer but I’m concerned for its overall stability.

Pothole or Missing/Broken Drain Grid - Deep!, 20th April
I myself hit this hole in my Toyota Rav4 earlier today and it was deep enough to jar the steering, I am having the car checked for any damage as there was a loud bang. The hole is on the west side of the A1071 just before the 40mph signs as you go from Ridgewell to Baythorne End. The road is very busy at times and I feel this could present a real danger to life! I have also in the last couple of days seen two cars outside the old post office in Baythorne end being attended by Rescue vehicles approx 100m from the hole.

Pothole, 26th January
There is a dangerous pothole on the west side just before the bend which forces traffic into the middle of the road at a blind corner. There'll be an accident sooner rather than later. Hit the pothole and god knows what damage that does to the tyres/steering.
