BT manhole covers still damaged, 18th November
I have spoken to BT who said they were unaware of the issue but have now replaced the temporary cover for a stronger temporary cover. I have explained to them that works are being carried out in the evenings on this road and that they should liaise with the national highways to come when the road is closed next. Nothing has been done for weeks. We still can't use our driveway safely. Please chase BT and get this resolved. I have chased but it feels like it's landing on deaf ears. Thank you

Flooding at Kings Arms Pub - urgent, 29th October
We had another serious flood yesterday evening. Two blocked drain grills, previously reported, have been cleared for which many thanks. But it hasn't solved the problem - water is running down the road onto our property. Every time the A120 is resurfaced its level gets higher, and the flooding which has been a problem for years, seems to get worse.
We think that the whole line of drains along the North side of this stretch of the a120 needs clearing out. In particular the grills at ooze.lunged.james and dial.jugs.coolest are blocked. Thank you

Please con 2x replacement covers be installed so that the temporary traffic cores and floor cover are removed and the pavement (and my driveway) are safe to use again. Thank you.

Dying Tree, 29th July
An ancient willow tree located beside the A120 is collapsing into the garden of 19 Godmans Lane. A tree surgeon has confirmed that it is dying and needs to be removed. The tree is being supported by our brick compost heap, otherwise it would have fallen and demolished our greenhouse.

Missing - 7.5t bridge ahead sign, 20th July
Hi, I assume at some point there was a sign on the A12 N.Bound, in advance of the Domsey Chase track stating NO HGV ACCESS and warning HGV traffic not to turn left onto Domsey Chase due to the 7.5tonne weight limit on the railway bridge on the lane. In the past 3 weeks we've seen 3 x HGV lorries who have turned onto Domsey Chase and then had to have assistance reversing back onto the A12. To me this seems a massive safety risk and a sign should be erected ASAP.

Damage to Private Property by workmen, 3rd April
Ltraffic working for Gigaclear in Marks Tey have damaged my property with their mini mechanical digger this evening (they are currently working along the A120 in Marks Tey where Jays Lane meets the A120) We went out and complained and they have stopped digging so near to our wall and have now started digging up the pavement. Why did they dig so close to our property in the first place? I tried ringing Ltraffic and Gigaclear but no one is available or the phone number on the website does not work We are very concerned with the work taking place just the other side of our garden wall.
