The tarmac around the drain on the nearside curb just before the roundabout has failed, leaving a pothole that is dangerous for cyclists.

Vehicles Constantly Jumping Red Lights, 3rd April
This ongoing issue with the bridge is beginning to get extremely dangerous, people are constantly jumping the temporary red lights, one person drove round me as I had stopped for a red light and proceeded through the restriction. This is happening more and more often, often at peak times and is an accident waiting to happened, the brow of the bridge obscures the other lights, so vehicles cant see if other vehicles has started to come the other way when the lights are green. Can any thing be done to restrict this issue? Cameras maybe?

Lose manhole, 19th March
Manhole on Mill Road outside 204 Mill Road is lose and wobbles each time a car goes over it creating a lot of noise over 100db. This is particularly problematic when there is an increase in traffic and the noise resemble a train going past at high speed. This issue has been present for the past month or so and it’s new as recently the road has been revamped. I would appreciate you fix this issue as soon as possible.

Very deep pot hole at edge of crumbling road, disguised by rainfall, 22nd February
Not sure how long pothole has been there but reckon it has been a while. Caused me to go over handlebars of bicycle into path of on coming traffic which fortunately stopped.

Collection of potholes from around 2/3rds way down entry slipway continuing to end of entry slipway, 14th February
Potholes have formed across entire width of slipway starting from around 2/3rds and continuing to the end of the slipway.
Hitting one or many of the deep holes is now unavoidable when merging onto the A12 from the slipway and is especially dangerous in dark conditions, taking attention away from merging onto the carriageway in attempts to avoid damage to vehicles.
Potholes have been present for a number of months now and have been getting steadily worse with the recent cold and wet weather.

All streetlights on Newcomen Way are out, between the A12 slip road and the roudabout with The Crescent/Wyncols Road, except for the few closest to the roundabout.

Bad Car Parking, 5th November
Ongoing issue with a car parking on pavement and very close to the junction meaning you have to overtake on the wrong side of the road and cars coming around the corner have almost had a few near misses. Resident refuses to park on their drive (49 Avondene Drive) Black Audi A1.

Bridge expansion gap, 2nd November
As you approach the A12 via the A120 slip road going under severalls estate, there are two bridges, one has No.30 on it but it the the one before possibly No.29 ? But the expansion gaps look a bit excessive and may require attention. I’m not an expert, just a concerned motorist.

Direction sign missing - A12 J28 westbound sliproad, 24th October
Direction sign missing at the start of the A12 junction 28 westbound joining slip road, coming off the roundabout.
The sign was a green direction sign pointing left down the slip road and read ‘London, Chelmsford, A12’. As stated this sign was at the top of the slip road, seen when coming off the roundabout and was next to street light number 15.
The sign has been missing for over five years and needs replacing please. I have spoken to the local authority who have confirmed this sign is your responsibility.
