The Complete Wheatfield Road in Stanway needs to be address. There is a large numbers of Potholes as well as the centre., 10th March
Wheatfield Road in Stanway needs attention immediately as it's not been looked at for about 5 years. I've lived in Wheatfield Road Stanway for nearly 10 years and it's getting worse. From one end to the other. Also it needs a public bin next to the bus stop at Rogation close.. there's only 1 bin in Wheatfield Road Stanway opposite Oat field close. This really does need addressing please.

People cutting across pavement to enter Stain Park Retail complex, 4th January
Vehicles are cutting across the pavement to enter Staine Park retail park. There has been a number of near misses where cars have nearly hit young kids minding their own business walking along a footpath. I have contacted Persimmon homes who have stated that this is not their land. There has been bollards erected across the Oakwood Meadows development to prevent this but not here.
Location is end of Wombat Street by the metal railing to the service road into Stain Park Retail complex.

All street lights at the junction not working, 4th January
There are multiple street lights out at the junction of maldon Road & warren lane. I’ve reported this previously over a year ago and was told by Ecc it was a ‘communication’ issue between all the the light where one was hit previously and caused the issue since then there have been numerous accidents because this junction isn’t lit why won’t you fix it ?

Road floods due blocked drain, 4th January
When it rains at 2 points in this area on left side near warren lane recycling tip the road floods blocking both sides of the road which is deep in places blocking the road. Drivers have to use the opposite side of the road to avoid it which is dangerous

Blocked drain at road junction, 4th January
This road at the junction continually floods I have reported to Essex County Council but nothing has ever been done people sometimes avoid this area sticking to the right had side of the road which blocks movement so causes a traffic build up this has been like this for many years I reported last in around march 2023 when the phot was taken
