Constant flooding on road every time it rains in a dangerous location, 15th November
Flooding across the road were the speed limit changes from National speed limit single carriageway to 40mph. This is on a blind bend and cars risk driving on the wrong side of road to avoid the flooded area. This is very dangerous and one day there will be a serious incident possible fatal. This has been reported a number of times over the 11 years I have lived here. The most that was done 2 years ago was a caution flood sign appeared for a short while.

New tarmac surface has created a hazard outside my driveway, 15th June
The piece of road leading to my driveway at Oakfield House on the B1414 has today just had a tarmac treatment surface and this has caused a trip and tyre damage hazard as I approach my driveway. I spoke to the workmen and they said they could not do anything about the levels and that I should contact Highways.. There clearly needs to be extra tarmac there to cover the margin between their work and my driveway as it was fine before. Lots of lorries drive down this road and they frequently drive over this margin. It is just going to break up very soon. I am concerned about my tyres as I leave my driveway now and the trip hazard as cars often stop there in the dark. Please advise what action you are going to take. Many thanks.

A120 stretch from Harwich to Horsley Cross - litter and large litter items, 6th March
The stretch of A120 I travel to and from work has become extremely blighted by litter including larger items and some forgotten road work signs. Unfortunately the poor state of litter is rapidly being added to as there is no policing or deterrent with CCTV. I have located the pin in one spot, but the litter is located along a good 10 miles. As a tourist destination to the Harwich Redoubt where I am the curator this is extremely embarrassing explaining to our visitors that the litter has not been cleared by TDC for quite some time.
