4 berth caravan parked over pavement, 9th January
This caravan has been parked for several months at the annoyance of everyone affected in Peacock's Close. The tow bar sticks into the road and is a considerable nuisance to manoeuvre around it. It also is parked right over the public footpath and backed up to the fence. The owners have been asked several times by the local residents to move this nuisance, but they refuse to do so despite having a very large garden where they could park it. Please assist in removing this vast unlicensed vehicle before it causes and accident. Many thanks.
