Main 50 mph sign as you enter headed m56 does not face on coming traffic, 1st July
Apologies I am not local to Queens ferry. I am concerned as travelling from Wales to Manchester I only became aware of the 50mph zone after seeing the first circular sign in the central reservation. On reflection I realized that there was a double square sign that was parrallel to both sides of the road i.e. not facing oncoming traffic. This would have been the initial 50mph sign. This meant I was still not driving at the correct speed which I quickly and safely remedied and came down to 40 to 50mph. I am deeply concerned and fretting that I may of incurred a fine through no fault of my own yesterday. I do not want anyone else to fall foul if this poor signage. May I suggest rumble strips or someother sensory alert to the change of speed limit also.

Van parked dangerously and blocking footpath, 17th June
This van is always parked there. He says it helps slow the traffic down! However, it simply means people have to stop to let cars past lower down the street or cars try to squeeze through so actually increasing the risk of cars speeding and risk of accident.
He's parked on the kerb meaning you can't get past with a pram or wheelchair, therefore have to negotiate around the van (and trailer that's always attached) to get past.
NB this road leads to the primary school. It is already very unsafe for children with the speeds cars drive past, let alone having to cross in to the road to pass parked cars/see past parked cars

Cars are always parked directly opposite the junction. Also parked on the turn in to Church Close junction. It makes turning out of Church Close on to the village road extremely difficult and dangerous, and when turning on to Church Close, if the van/car are there you have to stop to check its clear before overtaking. It's an accident waiting to happen

The walk through at the end of elm drive is right next to our house and is full of dog poo on both sides., 20th January
The dog fouling is awful people do not pick it up and it smells awful right next to our home. There are no signs up so perhaps this may help the situation. Many dig walkers use the walk through as its access to get to the shop.
