Failed payment repair TRIP HAZARD, 12th September
Recent work by open-reach contractors have completed a poor re instalment of footpath with cracks , uneven and poor workmanship in all areas of works

6 inch deep at the worst part ,then the whole square is also broken., 3rd October
It has caused so much damage to cars ,but know a 60 yrs old lady fell there on sat evening, causing her substantial damage to her left foot resulting in her foor being degloved and the bone protruding about 1nch throught the skin ,I have complained and out out road for months and months ,this is not a near miss but negligence. She has sustained life altering injuries , she has had to have to foot put back under her skin and pins to attatch back together, this is a disgrace.

Street light out of action, 22nd March
The street light at the entrance to Victoria Gardens opposite 34 Victoria Drive West Kirby has been out of action for two years. Two workmen came last year to change the light and discovered that the fault is in the interior wiring. Wrote to Council, and all three local Councillors. Nothing done, not even the couresy of a reply.

Number of potholes in area od braking towards junction -, 14th April
These potholes have been in the road for at least 6 months with minor repairs carried out but have since failed. The area of the potholes is on the braking area leading upto the T junction with Greenbank road and is considered dangerous and a risk to vehicle suspension failure

Over flowing and masses of litter everywhere. The Wirral Wimbledon have been active but do need empty bins.

Parking in front of 2 driveways!, 25th October
Parked on double yellows, in front of mine and neighbours driveway, i had to squeeze into my driveway. I left my house for ten minutes and came back and he was there. This was on Melrose Avenue, Hoylake, Wirral. I have been home for ten minutes and he is still parked there.

Street light not working for 3 years, 10th October
The street light outside our house. 9 Belmont Road, West Kiirby, has not worked for 3 years and we are now approaching another winter. Countlesss telephone calls have been made to you over this time, an e mail has been sent and two councillors informed (to no effect). We are an elderly couple with visual defects. There are children across the road Please repair our street light, we need it!

Light out in Tynwald Road and Tynwald walk, 9th December
My mum lives in Tynwald Road and the cars park right up to the end! The pavements are awful and Tynwald walk is always full of wheelie bins!! So if there’s no street lights it’s very dangerous.

Dog fouling, 13th August
This used to be a nice walk through to Gilroy Nature Reserve, but has now become popular with dog owners who don't care about their dog's mess. Dog walkers are turning up with as many as six dogs and just letting them run wild for 15 minutes, leaving the mess they make behind.

Uneven flagstones/broken paving, 6th January
From the corner of the road up to number 4 Larton Road. Very broken paving slabs. An accident waiting to happen! Very difficult when pushing a wheelchair. Almost impossible to navigate.

Blocking access to slip road off Westbourne Grove by numbers 27-33, 13th August
Access is regularly blocked for whole days , if an ambulance or fire engine is needed then there would be no access. White lines need painting on the corner to make it clear access is required for 8 homes who rely on this for access.
