Is there anything that can be done about the flooding that occurs frequently on this lane? It floods pretty much any time there is period of heavy rain. Road closed signs then appear (largely ignored by local residents), normally after the worst of the flooding has gone. It seems like a lot of effort to 'close' the road so often and it's a very well used road so it feels like it would be worthwhile making a permanent solution.

Water meter cover broken, 3rd November
There's a broken water meter cover on this pavement leaving a deep hole and will cause someone injury especially when walking in the dark. Traffic cone covering it at the moment.

Deep pothole on either side of the road, exactly where the traffic runs. cars are swerving to avoid them which I consider to be dangerous, 6th May
The potholes are getting considerably worse and have potential to damage a vehicles suspension. In addition, drivers who see Them at the last minute are swerving to avoid them which is dangerous.
A lot of people walk past them with prams etc whilst going to the doctors surgery and it isn't a very wide parapet to begin with. thank you

Tarmac broken away at side of road, drain blocked and tarmac crumbling around it, 10th April
The tarmac has broken away at the side of the road making access to my property unsafe.
Also, the drain is blocked and the tarmac breaking away around it.

Missing manhole cover, 19th November
Missing manhole cover at side of public pavement by hedge. This is very dangerous. Anyone walking at night could easily fall into it. I walk there most days. The hedge has been cut back and I think this may have exposed the hole as I didnt notice it yesterday afternoon.
