M56 Jct 14 to 12 eastbound hard shoulder drainage blocked, 8th May
Extensive areas of standing water at back of hard shoulder likely to extend into first lane. Either all gullies are blocked or drains are blocked. I don't use this route often so don't know how old the problem is.

Drainage on hard shoulder, 20th March
The gully’s on the hard shoulder between Junction 14 to 12 going eastbound, seem to need clearing out. A lot of standing water is on the hard shoulder, not going into Lane 1 but if a heavy downpour happen it may happen. Just seems to be collecting on the edge off the hard shoulder for a good 1 maybe 2 miles

Several piles of household goods such as fridges , matresses ,bikes and beds have neen dumped in the ditch where birds nest.s, 26th September
This week several piles of household items have been dumped in the ditch .This is preventing birds from using the ditch which has water in it.The rubbish has also spilt out onto the road causing problems for horse riders and cyclists.This started a few weeks ago with trees being dumped and now this lot of rubbish .It seems that this beauty spot has been recently discovered by fly tippers .

Tesco helsby recycling area is constantly getting used as the local skip, people dumping house hold rubbish all over the floor, if it wasn’t for the Tesco cleaners their would be a huge rat problem

Water is flowing very fast from the a burst main and flowing into a drain. This was reported to landLord over a month ago. But nothing has been done. THIS is a disgusting waste of water. The residents are frightened they will be charged for the wastage

Pathway A5117 towards chester services from parklands drive elton, 28th August
The footpath is in a bad way at bottom end of A5117 towards services a lot of people walk there to get to work.Its narrow plus bad condition also got hedges/trees that need cutting back.Often have to walk on grass also no pathway leading into services so either got to walk on grass or in road.It is a safety issue and needs looking into
