Flooding, 5th April
There has been almost continual flooding across the end of Kingdwood Lane for the last couple of months. Nothing seems to have been done to rectify the problem. As vehicles are tending to move to the middle of the road to go through the shallowest point, it is only a matter of time before someone comes round the corner and causes an accident

Danger to life, 24th December
My little Italian sports car suffered really badly on this, I really thought this was as bad as my 1999 visit to Rhyl where I encountered an out of control speed hump.
Anyway, this pothole (cave) is seriously deep, I could stand in it, and no one would know I was there.
Merry Christmas, Nadolig Llawen, etc

Tall tree blocking sunlight, 3rd July
This tree has been overgrown for around 3 years, it has been trimmed by our next door and adjacent neighbours over the years but is growing taller, it is blocking sunlight for our and other neighbours gardens so we have to sit out in the front which is inconvenient as we should not have to do so, I am also worried that parts of the tee could fall and cause damage to our or other people's houses

House in danger of flooding, 20th January
I have not seen flooding like this for 40years i was told there is land drain problems in the field opposite and the ditch has been filled in so there is no where for the water to go .The houses along this bit have no solid floors at the front so the water will enter the houses under the floor boards

Illogical sequencing increasing emissions, 2nd September
At night the traffic lights on the main road are constantly changing to red when there is no traffic waiting to exit from Seahill Road. This causes drivers to first brake and then accelerate away. There is no reason for this sequencing of the traffic lights as the road is already protected by an enforced average 50mph limit. It would be better to leave the lights on Sealand Road on green until a car is waiting to exit Seahill Road in order to reduce emissions from cars, as well as alleviating pointless braking component wear
