Parked vehicles causing a danger, 22nd April
As you come down Glebe Avenue most days there are vehicles parked half on the pavement and half on the road, they are parked on a bend and it is a danger to other road users as they have to drive into oncoming traffic to get round the bend (there is usually a recovery lorry parked on the pavement) this has been happening for over a year now and is steadily getting worse each week, sometimes there are 3 to 4 vehicles parked on the bend.

Footpath blocked by vegetation, 10th April
The footpath between coldnailhurst avenue and beech Avenue is impassable due to overgrown plants weeds brambles. The trees at coldnailhurst end mean anyone over 5ft tall have to duck

Bus stop with nowhere to go, 16th February
I got off bus at this stop on Broad Road just before Church Street and was alarmed that there was no pavement and due to hedgerow nowhere to walk. The only option was to try & Cross a very busy road with no crossing and no island, and then cross back further up the road to walk into Church Street. In future I will get off at the for releet. I must say that this is a very dangerous place for a bus stop!

Parking, 17th January
The parking is ridiculous at John bunyan primary school. No emergency services would be able to get down there at school drop off/pick up times. Wardens dont do anything and no one listens to them. This is dangerous and I fear for my children.

Double parking and parking on pavement, 17th January
Outside John Bunyan school every day there's double parking and parking on the pavement which is causing an issue to get to the school. Many times I've had to walk in the road due to cars being parked badly on the pavement and blocking me from walking on the pavement to and from the school.

Parking for school run, 17th January
Parking for school run, cars park on paths and block drop kirbs for people with pushchairs etc, they double park, drive faster the 20mph, hit parked cars, near misses with pedestrians and cars don’t let each other last so the road gets blocked. Many times I’ve informed the local mp for the area and all they do is up the parking warden visits but people don’t park like it when they are around as they arrive before school when it needs to be during the drop offs and pick ups. I’ve also suggested the road being one way to help with the congestion but it was ignored. I am a resident of the road as well as a parent and I’ve nearly been hit before as have my children, I have been shouted at and received verbal abuse for asking people to move so I can get my buggy down the drop kirb and cross the road safely and I am also a parent at the school. It’s just so dangerous!

Huge volumes of cars parked illegally every day, 17th January
People double parking along a road opposite a school entrance making life very dangerous for parents and children to navigate safely. An accident waiting to happen. This week alone two people including myself have been reversed into whilst attempting to cross the road and it’s only Wednesday. Something must change to make this a safer route.

Holes and ruts appearing in newly repaired potholes, 12th January
Potholes in Panfield Lane Braintree have very recently been repaired (8/1/24) in a number of areas. The work is absolutely poor. The road surface is breaking down and holed and ruts are starting to reappear. This is not money well spent, is not safe and will cause further damage to vehicles and bikes.

On Monday 8th of January Braintree Panfield Lane Braintree was closed for the night for pot hole filling I would like some one to vist the area outside A and L workshop and near the post office area This work is beyond words .These areas are breaking up already and holes appealing.

Giant hole surrounding cover on roundabout, 23rd December
You gotta come take a look at this and fix it. The manhole cover that is there is sticking up, and the surround has all worn away, leaving a giant hole. Right in the middle of the roundabout.
