2 large potholes between 27 & 35 Cuckoo Way CM77 7YG, 29th March
I have reported this problem previously. There are two large potholes approximately 2 foot long by 6 inches deep causing a problem to drivers between 27 & 35 Cuckoo Way CM77 7YG. These potholes are a major health hazard and can potentially cause major damage to vehicles. These potholes have been there for over 3 months.

Driving northbound, road is subsiding on one side. About 5 meters long. Makes for extremely rough driving going up hill because the left side of the road has dropped.

Tree Preservation order, 22nd March
I would like to apply for a TPO for the three large oak trees on the boundary between the Rayne Gardens development and the Mulberry homes development. The new developments have removed an enormous amount of nature's natural resource the new planting of trees takes years to mature, the remaining three oak trees provide a much-needed environment for local wildlife.

2 large potholes between 27 & 35 Cuckcoo Way CM77 7YG, 21st March
These 2 potholes have been here for over 3 months and are approximately 2 feet in length and 6 inches deep. They are about 12 inches apart in the middle of the road, causing cars to swerve around them. They are a health hazard and can cause damage to cars, motor bikes and cycles

Vehicles can turn right at the "One Way" left junction, 7th March
When you come out of the road with the BP petrol station, the hotel, and Toby Carvery in, the sign at the junction with Notley Cross (B1256) says it is a "Turn Left", "One Way" only junction. But vehicles always turn right there, to prevent them from having to go down to the roundabout, turn round, and come back again. Presumably it is "One Way" left only, to prevent accidents with on-coming traffic, as it is on a fast piece of road and a slight bend in the road too. Vehicles turn right as there are no bollards or islands to prevent you from doing so.

Vehicles making illegal right hand turn, 31st January
Vehicles make an illegal right hand turn when leaving the side road from the Holiday Inn Express/ Toby Carvery/ BP Petrol Station at Notley Cross. They cross a dedicated right turn only lane on B1256 turning into the services area and cross two opposing lanes with a closing speed of up to 120 mph (National Speed Limit). Once they've made the turn and crossed both lanes, they do not come up to speed and cause disruption / risk to road traffic in both directions of the B1256.
Signage is poor (there's a single sign stating 'all traffic' with an arrow pointing left. The junction will benefit from lane bollards preventing vehicles turning right.

Parking, 17th January
The parking is ridiculous at John bunyan primary school. No emergency services would be able to get down there at school drop off/pick up times. Wardens dont do anything and no one listens to them. This is dangerous and I fear for my children.

Double parking and parking on pavement, 17th January
Outside John Bunyan school every day there's double parking and parking on the pavement which is causing an issue to get to the school. Many times I've had to walk in the road due to cars being parked badly on the pavement and blocking me from walking on the pavement to and from the school.

Parking for school run, 17th January
Parking for school run, cars park on paths and block drop kirbs for people with pushchairs etc, they double park, drive faster the 20mph, hit parked cars, near misses with pedestrians and cars don’t let each other last so the road gets blocked. Many times I’ve informed the local mp for the area and all they do is up the parking warden visits but people don’t park like it when they are around as they arrive before school when it needs to be during the drop offs and pick ups. I’ve also suggested the road being one way to help with the congestion but it was ignored. I am a resident of the road as well as a parent and I’ve nearly been hit before as have my children, I have been shouted at and received verbal abuse for asking people to move so I can get my buggy down the drop kirb and cross the road safely and I am also a parent at the school. It’s just so dangerous!

Huge volumes of cars parked illegally every day, 17th January
People double parking along a road opposite a school entrance making life very dangerous for parents and children to navigate safely. An accident waiting to happen. This week alone two people including myself have been reversed into whilst attempting to cross the road and it’s only Wednesday. Something must change to make this a safer route.
