Inconsiderate parking, 24th April
A Beardwell Construction van has been parking in our street for the last 2 weeks. It's here from before 8am until after 5pm every day 5 days a week. They are not working on any properties in this or near surrounding roads. Their inconsiderate behaviour is causing problems for deliveries and trades people depending on where they decide to park their van on any particular day. Our road is not a carpark.

Potholes x. 6, 15th April
At least 6 potholes need filling. The bridge is not being replaced for some while. In the meantime residents of HP have to straddle these potholes when driving northbound. Vehicles are getting damaged

Car idling and racing, 13th April
A car which is lime green, blue and white with no number plate on the front belonging to the first house on the left in Wentworth Close has taken to racing his vehicle up Gleneagles Way with his mates and then leaves it idling on the road at the front of his house.

Inappropriate speeding, 5th April
Refuge collection vehicles are regularly speeding inappropriately when leaving the Gleneagles estate. They are collecting the rubbish around the estate but after finishing speed down Gleneagles Way at a ridiculously inappropriate speed. If a car were reversing off a driveway the refuge vehicle would not be able to stop in time. Today 5/4/24 yet again this happened. BDC need to sort this out before an accident happens.

Noisy motorbike., 20th March
There is a noisy motorbike driving around this area at very unsociable hours for the last few months.We live in Wentworth Close and the vehicle seems to be at a house in Gleneagles Way. Not uncommon for the noise to be 11/12 pm at night which I bad enough but today we were woken up at 4.30am and again at 5.50am.

Illegal exhaust, 16th March
This was reported a number of months ago. The police are aware. A BMW Competition on the new estate off Birkdale Rise has started his popping and banging exhaust again around the estate and village. It did stop for a while but has started again. Please contact the police if it impacts you as this exhaust is illegal.

Wellington bridge The on slip road from the Hatfield Peverel onto A12 northbound has numerous, and I mean numerous potholes which need to be filled quickly. The holes on slip road are very dangerous And are causing a great deal of damage to vehicles. The whole section needs resurfacing

The off slip road from the A12 into Hatfield Peverel has numerous, and I mean numerous which need to be filled quickly. The holes on slip road are very dangerous at the speed limits of 60 to 70 miles an hour. And are causing a great deal of damage to vehicles

Flooding river at ford in Nounsley Road Hatfield Peverel, 15th January
The river has been flooding over the road here for many years. But this year has been worse than previous. I dread to think how much has been paid out in insurance claims and personal cost as each week the river claims another vehicle or two.only last week two elderly people were trapped in a car for 4 hours whilst two fire engines and an ambulance attended to rescue them with canoes and rafts.they were eventually were brought out freezing cold and shocked.The week before an unmarked police car suffered the same fate. A simple sign on both sides would prevent this. Another product of this problem is that large trucks are forced To reverse up the length of Nounsley Road ruining the verges.I have witnessed a motorcyclist breaking a leg and cyclist breaking an arm all due to the dangers of the ford. I can honestly see a fatality here one day.

Huge pothole on bend, 5th January
This pothole has been here for several months and is on a corner so it is almost impossible to avoid. It is long and deep. It is incredibly dangerous on a 60mph road.
