Blind corner junction. Cars travel too fast and need to know to slow down. Road use to have Slow sign on road but has been rubbed off/worn away from road repairs. Other signs are extremely small. Hardly visible.

Dangerous road barrier, 29th June
This metal barrier was hit by a pick up truck travelling on the wrong side of the road at 3am this morning. Children cross at this point to get to school, it's in a dangerous state and neds repair as a matter of urgency!

Dangerous flooding, 13th January
Big flood for over a week now across most of the road, causing a hazard as the road is narrow here and cars don’t see it in time and either cross onto the other side of the road to avoid or hit the flood at speed blinding oncoming traffic with a sudden wave of water. Grit and debris all over road as a result. Possibly due to a blocked drain?

Large quantity of shattered glass in lay-by and edge of road., 15th September
This has been here for about two weeks. It’s at the end of a public footpath. It is impossible to cross the road safely as it is on a blind corner.

Rucked up tarmac and tree roots, 13th May
I've reported this road from Ford End to Onslow Green for the last 3 years. Finally in the last couple of months repairs were carried out but only those which affect cars/lorries etc. Where motorcycles travel i.e. halfway between the white line and the curb in both directions have been completely ignored. I suspect the road is inspected in a car hence these life threatening dangers are missed. I'm sure that if I carried a pillion passenger on the back of my bike along this road by the time I got to the other end they would have been thrown off. The road is lethal for motorcyclists. Only one item which affected bikes was at the north end of Ford End near King's Farm and that's because it stretched across the whole southbound carriageway so affected cars too. Please please please look at this road, in both directions for tree roots' lumps and rucked tarmac on both sides of the road. Thank you

Flytipping on Dunmow Lane (green lane), 17th May
Area of burnt out car seats, microwave ovens, beer cans and partially burnt school exercise books so clearly end of school party but clearly not that bright. Appeared over the weekend.
Best approached from north end of track around 1/3 of the way down.

Edge of tarmac ripped up by bouncing ploughshare on bsckbof tractor., 18th May
The edge of the road has been badly damaged, having been ripped up by a Ploughshare on the back of a tractor. Lorries and buses are swerving into the middle of the road to avoid it, causing danger to oncoming traffic - the road is already too narrow at this location.

Potholes, 4th September
In April I reported the following to you but nothing has happened here. Indeed nothing has happened regarding all the nearby holes on the way to Littley Green. When might a repair happen? "Opposite Hartford End Brewery is a small road going to Littley Green and at the junction some THREE square metres of road are broken up and we are down to soil !! It is a safety risk for anyone braking for the junction with the Chelmsford Road T junction"
