Three potholes on roundabout, 10th April
There are at least three potholes on the roundabout of the junction with the southbound carriageway of the A12 and Stock Road. They are I a position that cannot be seen by any vulnerable road users, for example motorcycles, and are of significant depth. If a motorcyclist were to hit one of these, even at low speeds, there is significant risk of serious injury due to its location and lack of vision. Further to this the location is a busy junction due to the exit and entry to the A12

Flooded pavement, 24th February
Where the dropped kerbs meet the road has been built up so that rain water does not run into the gutter but forms huge puddles on the pavement forcing pedestrians to either walk in the road or onto driveways. This is a well used pavement as pupils use it to get to Baddow High school, plus there's a bus stop on this stretch of pavement. Whoever the workmen were who worked on this pavement summer 2023 have done a bodged job. It is the pavement from Beehive Lane to the Baddow High school entrance in Duffield road on the school side. It's been like this since summer 2023.

A number of Street lights are out, 14th February
A number of street lights are out along WATCHOUSE ROAD CM2 just past Deadman’s Lane. They have been out for weeks long before Xmas. Already been reported but nothings been done. It’s extremely dark along this stretch of road. Very dangerous for pedestrians on the narrow footpath. Accident waiting to happen.

2 foot wide pot hole on the bend of road by The Copper Pot, 2nd February
This pothole has been here for ages with no sign of any action to rectify it. It is close to the curb and right on the bend so traffic has to go wide to avoid it. This is dangerous because of oncoming traffic, but also the entry/exit to shop car parking is immediately opposite. I am not aware that any serious accidents have occurred here yet which surprises me considering how long the problem has existed.

Unable to put my van away, 14th October
To ensure that I can park my big van away I need to be able to reverse the van into my back garden as the previous van was stolen. Its not the first time people park opposite as this happens every day either for school runs or football at the weekend. This is as you enter the service road at the back of the property.
We got the van out today as we use this to transport our dogs and normally drive to a location to exercise them. This evening I became unwell therefore want to put the van away only to find I could not.
It very dangerous how these vehicles park throughout the week with normally around 3-4 parking their during the school run. (This has been ongoing for years but its getting ridiculous. )
Tonight my wife is having to sleep in the van to ensure it is not stolen which is not fair. I included a picture of the main road which is completely clear to the point I really dont understand why they didnt park there.
The car is park on the kerb / grass to try and allow as much room as possible.
I am really fed up with this as people have no respect for others.
