Litter on A120 between Bishop’s Stortford and Dunmow, 28th March
Excessive amounts of litter, debris and dead animals along the stretch of A120 from the M11 roundabout to the B1256 junction at Dunmow particularly travelling eastbound but loads of litter evident on both sides of carriageway. This problem has been evident for six months or more.
I reported this issue last week ref 5771772 and your reply denied responsibility for the A120. The local authority is Essex County Council and their site states the following: We are not responsible for the followinging roads:
A12, A120 between the M11 junction and Parkeston roundabout in Harwich, M11 and M25 - these are the responsibility of National Highways, please call [phone removed] or email [email removed]
You have denied responsibility .......... !!!!!!

Unacceptable amount of litter, 7th March
Unacceptable amount of litter on and around the M11 JCn 8 and Thremhall Avenue. litter dumped in a lay-by. An old mattress or duvet dumped at the side of the road, Old road signage dumped in the vegetation the whole area is an utter disgrace. M11 round about and surrounding roads to Stansted Airport.

As you come off the M11 on to the A120 the slip road is flooding. People are having to go around the water on the slip road which could cause accidents. I travelled from braintree towards harlow

Pothole, 14th February
Northbound outside lane of M11 just after the A120 flyover goes over. It is just where (I think) the Bishop's Stortford traffic joins the M11 so drivers on the M11 are looking for fast traffic on the left rather than the road surface in front of them. My heavy car clanged into the pothole but a lighter vehicle could lose steering control. (I could dig out dashcam footage if you tell me soon enough).
