Drain cover missing on A120, 8th March
There is a drain cover missing on the road leading to the A120 bypass on the first left turning off the B1383 roundabout in Bishop's Stortford. I drove on this road yesterday 07/03/24 on a driving lesson and was unable to avoid it due to traffic in the oncoming lane meaning I could not swerve; this has caused serious damage to the wishbone of the car, the instructor is having to have the wishbone repaired and wheel replaced as a result. I am unaware of how long this issue has existed, but I don't believe the drain was uncovered last Thursday 29/02/24.

Uneven surface on bridge, very dangerous, 7th December
The road on the A120 going over the last bridge has a very uneven surface as if the bridge road is wearing away. This has been like this for some time, and even though it's a 50mph road, you have to slow down to 30mph to go across this part, its on the way to Tesco roundabout as it damages my suspension on my car! The surface is all cracked and the cars have to slam in to a massive crack in the road. Needs repairing urgently!

Pitch black, no lights whatsoever, 7th December
When driving down Stansted Rd Bishops Stortford towards Stansted, I tried to turn right into Birchanger Lane but it is so dark there, I couldn't even see if there were faulty lampposts or not as it is that dark! Plus there are two traffic bollards that are meant to be lit up also in darkness. Looks like the whole of that area has had a power cut but it's like that every day! So dangerous! You can't see where to turn right as the incoming traffic are driving so fast round the bend.

Significant ramp in road, 28th October
On the A120 Bishops Stortford bypass, heading west; there is a significant ramp in the road, where the road appears to have sunk. I believe there is a road/path tunnel below this defect. The speed limit on this road is 60 mph and when a vehicle hits there ramp at this speed, it causes a harsh jar on the vehicles suspension.
