Cars blocking pavement completely. No one can get passed., 14th April
So many cars parked along Dunmow Road & The Street, Takeley. Prams and wheelchairs cannot fit through. As a wheelchair user I have to cross the road so many times to get down this road as there's so many cars completely blocking the pavement. As there's not many dropped curbs I often have to travel in the road for a considerable distance to get around a car and get safely back on the pavement again. Sometimes I have no option but to turn round and go back home, particularly where there's cars blocking both sides on the pavement or where there's cars blocking one pavement and there's no pavement on the other side. Cars need tickets! Most of them do this consistently and are home owners on that road.

Litter on A120 between Bishop’s Stortford and Dunmow, 28th March
Excessive amounts of litter, debris and dead animals along the stretch of A120 from the M11 roundabout to the B1256 junction at Dunmow particularly travelling eastbound but loads of litter evident on both sides of carriageway. This problem has been evident for six months or more.
I reported this issue last week ref 5771772 and your reply denied responsibility for the A120. The local authority is Essex County Council and their site states the following: We are not responsible for the followinging roads:
A12, A120 between the M11 junction and Parkeston roundabout in Harwich, M11 and M25 - these are the responsibility of National Highways, please call [phone removed] or email [email removed]
You have denied responsibility .......... !!!!!!

Large pothole Approx 2Mtr long By 500mm wide 100ml deep, 18th March
This pothole has got larger over the last few weeks. And now can't be avoided if you meet a car at this point. I tried to avoid it but the NS front wheel went down it. The tyre blew out and when changing the wheel noticed it has dented the alloy wheel.
