Ditch blocked, 10th April
The kerbside has broken away and the ditch beside it is blocked and everytime it rains here the whole road floods. Because the ditch needs clearing so the water can flow away. Now the road surface has broken away and very dangerous with large holes and subsidence to the road here.

1/2m square pothole adjacent to kerb side travelling Wyatts green to Swallows cross., 14th March
Re-appearnce of pot hole after earlier repair. Potential to cause damage due to size and depth. Has been present for over 3 weeks. In a partial blind spot on approach as on a bend. Cars swerving out into road to avoid with possibility of collision

Large, 23rd February
Repeatedly asking you to manage the crumbling and disintegrating tarmac outside my house. We get flooding where the drop kerb was poorly completed many years ago (20+). The drain edge has now collapsed and the centre road has lifted and further disintegrating. Have asked every year to have the trees removed that have trashed the road and no one pays any attention. Would be nice if someone could be bothered to rectify the complaint.

Road flooding, 31st December
This part of the road & ahead about 500 yards keeps flooding & is very dangerous. There are no street lights so you can't see it until the last minute. Cause is due to the bank beside it blocked with mud & rubbish.

Crumbling driveway/dropped area, 14th December
This has been repeatedly reported for 10+ years. It floods, fills with water is a hazard and you have had several photos but it is never fixed. I’m reporting again as I’ve just had to report where the main road has crumbled in the same area. Happy to keep reporting as one day it will be managed. It is a hazard - as when dried out it is deep and someone could trip. If would be really lovely to have the road and dropped drive areas corrected as we have lived here 20+ years and you have never managed the tree/kerb etc and so the damage progressed to be deteriorate. Maybe you feel my road is not a posh expensive road so isn’t worthy of being mended but the road is deteriorating. It’s worth another ask for help. I usually report it every Easter and reported even before electronic systems were available. You wouldn’t like to have to live like it - maybe others shouldn’t be expected to either. Would appreciate a call and advised when the assessor will visit so I can be here to speak with them. Keep getting told my issues are low priority but 10+ years of request for support, I feel should really escalate it. Hoping you might like to rectify this on 2024 and then I can give up reporting it :-)

Chunk of road collapsed, 14th December
This is a repeatedly reported fault - last time the road moved so much it was like having a speed bump in the road and now this year it’s all crumbling and disintegrating. I have reported this annually and advised that the tree needs removing as it’s damaged the road and kerb stones but nothing is done. It has only ever been fixed once. Maybe you might like to address this issue properly. Remove the tree - fix the road and damaged kerb stones and drop zones. Just 10+ years of asking. We used to report before it came electronic. This will damage someone’s tyre as it’s getting deeper.

Massive pothole on Doddingurst Road, just after Hall Lane and before humped bridge, 4th November
This pothole is on an unavoidable piece of road and is approx 0.5m round and at least 7cm deep. Cars cannot go to the other side of the road to avoid it as it is on the approach to a bend. This truly is an accident waiting to happen - please fix this really fast.

Broken curbs, 23rd July
Throughout this road (shortcroft) the curb is damaged and slabs of concrete are lose and falling a part. A botch repair job was done where they clearly poured concrete over the curb and looks terrible. The slabs need fixing back in place

Expanding pothole at junction of Beads Hall Lane and Hatch Road, 16th July
This Pothole is a danger to traffic as drivers are now taking avoiding action as they trun into Beads Hall Lane, and in doing so, they are taking a right turn on the right hand side of the turn, which is potentially in the path of traffic coming out of Beads Hall Lane. This pothole has been growing for at least 10 weeks.
