Vehicles exiting Back Lane into Lode Lane are having to cut the corner and drive across my garden. This has been caused by Highways erecting marker posts on the opposite side of the road., 15th March
Highways have erected highway marker posts on the verge opposite the junction with Back Lane and this now causes vehicles exiting Back Lane to drive across my garden.

The surface of the whole of Lower Road is very poor and the road slopes off towards the sides causing damage to cars., 11th November
The whole length of Lower Road needs urgent attention. It is full of pot holes and the road slopes off to each side making it very difficult and potentially dangerous for cars driving along the road. As several residential properties are located on Lower Road, this needs urgent attention please.

Street sign for Butts Lane, 26th January
You kindly replaced the Butts Lane street sign at the junction with High Street at the south (church) end of butts lane but did not include 'leading to Drury Lane'. There have been several comments that we need it to say Butts Lane Leading to Drury Lane. Can you reposition the new Butts Lane sign at the north junction with High Street and then position and new sign saying Butts Lane Leading to Drury Lane at the south end? It would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Two large boxes of household rubbish dumped on the side of the road. There is a document amongst the rubbish that could be used to trace the source. This is available from the Parish Clerk, J White at 24 Lode Lane, Wicken. There may well be other incriminating documents in the rubbish.

Road surface, 20th June
The road surface from just after the junction of Stretahm Road and Upware road, going east along Stretham Road towards Wicken is extremely poor - and dangerous in places for bicycles and motorbikes - especially when it is difficult to avoid parts of the road when a car is overtaking you close by at 60mph. The worst part is where shown, just to the East of the turning to Spinney Abbey, going eastwards.
