Pothole, M11 southbound, just south of J14 entry from A14 eastbound, 14th March
Pothole in M11 southbound, right hand side of right hand lane, very soon after Jct14 sliproad from A14 eastbound joins
I would *guess* it must be at least dinner plate size and 5cm deep - maybe more.
Either the same pothole as reported on 30th Jan, or another in a similar location

Empty paint and fuel cans, 13th March
The entire roundabout as people enter Cambridge from a14 onto Huntingdon Road is blighted by litter and fly tipping. A really safe and depressing entry into our city and a terrible representation of the place.

Tree debris along side of road., 23rd January
Even before the recent stormy weather, the autumn leaf fall forces cyclists further out into the middle of the road. Now it is worse but hopefully a single clean will remove the build up and allow safer cycling until next autumn.

Surface lumpy, road possibly subsiding on tight curved sliproad between the M11 northbound and A14 eastbound, 20th January
For probably 20-30 metres in the middle of the curve there's an uneven disjoint in the road surface (not a crack as such) where the right-hand side of the carriageway (outside of the bend) has dropped by a few centimetres relative to the inside. This happened sometime during summer/autumn 2023 I think. I don't think it's materially worsened in the past couple of months, but I feel it needs monitoring and potentially managed-repair or maintenance - rather than waiting until it slips again and becomes a emergency road-closure crisis.

Abandoned equipment, 4th November
There is abandoned road work equipment, empty A frames, sand bags etc left along this route since the A14 Huntingdon stretch opened some 5 years ago. Despite numerous reports you appear happy to leave this equipment dumped along the verges instead of collecting it and reusing. You appear set on wasting tax payer's money and showcasing littering and flytipping. This dumped equipment can be seen along every major road/junction in the country and you continue to allow your workers to get away with this disgraceful behaviour. It is so bad that you now have an option to report abandoned materials on your site, and the local media have also started to report this issue. This is an issue that has been going on for many years and is out of control. The majority of your works are either managed by you or a handful of TM companies that you employ. These are Chevron, Ringway & Martins. These are the three main culprits and you could easily (if you cared) clamp down on this nationwide issue.

Bridge approaches subsiding, 24th October
The westbound sliproad that goes over the A428 eastbound lane is gently subsiding. This means that when vehicles go on to the bridge over the A428, and when the leave the bridge, there is an abrupt change in level. This is worst on the left hand side on the bridge approach. As time goes by this is slowly becoming worse. I think the tarmac is beginning to give up under the strain now.

Pothole re-appearing, 19th October
There is a pothole in Lane 1 at this location which appears to have been repaired recently but is now re-appearing. This is a potential danger to drivers as it is not visible, it is not signalized and the area is dark, so someone may end up swerving into Lane 2 to avoid it potentially leading to an accident - especially at night.

Significant subsistence, 2nd October
Significant subsistence on road surface leading to difficult handling conditions for larger vehicles as road surface now cambers downwards to the right hand side of the slip road.
Considering how new this slip road is, I suggest that it has failed due to build difficencies that the primary contractor would be responsible for.
Currently in a large vehicle it is unsafe to proceed on this slip road at more than 25 mph and warning signs need installing
