Blocked/Construction on Foot Path, 15th May
The public footpath outside number 61 Tintagel Road has been dug out smilingly due to construction. There are barriers partially blocking the dug up pavement but there are gaps in the barriers. The barriers are not lighted and the barriers do not make it clear that there are dangers behind the barriers. The location is a few steps from Harris Academy school and children are seen to be walking on to the road in large groups to avoid this construction. The construction has been in progress for a long time.

Innumerable potholes in Chelsfield Lane and Chelsfield Road, 13th May
Whilst I accept that there will have been a multitude of reports of potholes in Chelsfield Lane and Road, I ride a motorbike, and the roads are dangerous. If my tyres go down either a hole, and / or a long rut (of which there are many) I could have a serious accident, and it is doubtful that the Council would cover my expenses, if I live to be able to make a claim. Various individual small repairs have been made, but I don't understand why they are not all repaired at the same time. There are potholes all over the borough so I appreciate that it is a colossal job for the Council, but you should be prioritising the repairs to avoid any potential accidents, and resultant compensation claims. Please ensure you prioritise these very serious issues now. As a law abiding tax payer, who pays their council tax every single month but has no redress in terms of you not fulfilling your obligations, we are politely requesting an urgent resolution. Failure to fulfil your obligations could mean a stoppage in our tax until we see some progress. No doubt, you would instigate legal proceedings against us, but you are not honouring your side of the contract. Please resolve these issues as a matter of urgency!

Litter and security issues, 13th May
This is yet another report about the same issue. A group of young miscreants have set up a camp / loitering area in that corner of the park (Very close to play area and neighbouring properties) to take and deal drugs on a regular basis every late afternoon. They have brought 3-4 chairs and left a significant amount of litter in that area. They are loud and cause extreme nuisance by shouting and swearing, which can be overheard by parents and young children using the play area). Bromley Council are just waiting for a serious incident to happen before taking any action - We will ensure that these incidents are reported to the MPs and local media. The council can install CCTV, remove the overgrown trees to improve visibility from the play area, carry out regular patrols or just fence off the area altogether! Yet, nothing is being done! Please ensure that these chairs and litter are removed asap.
