Graffiti and Rubbish, 27th April
Hi, there was a previous report last year about reporting and the team came to paint over it. There has been some further graffiti in this alleyway now, and a lot of rubbish is dumped here - making it feel unsafe when coming home from the station. Please could this be investigated?
Additionally, there seems to be a large amount of cracking of the concrete and a barrier has recently been erected in the alleyway which stipulates "danger". Please could you confirm why this is? Is the alleyway collapsing due to the development?

Huge pile of sand / cement left in a pile outside house, 27th April
Building work is being carried out on 23 Oakleigh Gardens. Previously a massive pile of bricks was left outside house on the road with no warning lights. Now there is a huge pile of sand, presumably to be used for cement, outside the house left in the road obstructing the road and invisible to vehicles in the dark. No warning lights or signs. A hazard.

Badly damaged road, 26th April
I see there it lots of reports for the same issue, some dating back to 6 months ago. Not sure why it still hasn't been repaired? As others have stated, there is a length of road when the edge of the tarmac has completely gone. This is at a narrow part of the road so there is little possibility for vehicles to avoid this part of damaged road. So you have to drive over it and it causes you to serve into on coming traffic. Not sure how there hasn't been as accident caused by this.

Poor workmanship, 25th April
This pavement was laid yesterday by the workers. The quality of the finished work is poor. The slabs are uneven and already rocking. Can I ask you instruct the contractor to redo the work. This isn’t something you or I would accept if we were paying for it and I would like it done professionally and properly. The picture does not do it justice. Please come and see. Thank you

Resident has called to advise that they believe foxes have got into the compost at the base of the tree to expose the roots, resident is concerned that this may affect the tree as it has only recently been planted, the compost is now on the surrounding pavement.

Loud clonking noise when cars drive over man hole cover, 24th April
There is a loud "clonking" noise when cars drive over the manhole cover outside 107 Stapleton Road, opposite Ambrose Close. The cover is loose so rocks back and forth under weight. Please can this be looked at as it disturbs the neighbours and wakes people up at night and early morning.
