Branch almost broken off and resting on a car, 1st May
Resident has called to advise there is reasonable sized branch that is just hanging on to the tree and it is resting on a car and needs to be pruned as soon possible.

10-12 in dip. 3-5metres wide, 1st May
This happened last Monday the 29th April. The gardener ordered a skip which was dropped off and picked up too early for anyone to be out of bed. The pavement has been mounted and has collapsed roughly to the width of the lorry. The driver didn’t knock to inform us and just drove off. You visited our neighbours pavement some weeks ago to mark damage on the next section and this was not there at the time. The skip company is RMS skips. They chose where to put the skip and to pick it up without any consultation.

Overfull bus stop litter bin again!, 1st May
Despite successfully having a larger litter bin installed at this bus stop outside 123 Hayes Lane, it is NOT emptied frequently enough, resulting in litter bursting out all over the pavement and being taken by nocturnal animals and scattered all over my garden now two nights in a row. I'm fed up having to go out there every morning to clear things up and not having anywhere suitable to put it.

Manhole cover making loud noise every time it is driven over, 30th April
This newly laid road surface needs to be inspected around this manhole cover. BT I think inspect the cover but it is not safe and is making a loud bang every time it is driven over by cars and buses. It is also already coming loose in the corner. Could this be urgently inspected. The loud noise is affecting families and children in nearby blocks.

Parked cars make it dangerous to enter or exit, 30th April
The parked cars so close to the entrance of Warwick Court and Bromley Road make it difficult to enter or exit Warwick Court and dangerous on Park Hill Road as you cannot see what is coming or going. There needs to be yellow lines either side of the entrance of Warwick Court to make it safe. People can park slightly further up Park Hill Road.

Large hole in manhole cover outside number 51, 30th April
This is a dangerously large hole in the cover on Wickham Road. If a blind person was walking along the road they could get a foot stuck in it as could a child's scooter wheel and they could hurt themselves. It looks very dangerous.

Very large branch has come away from the tree, 30th April
Whilst walking in Harvington at 9a.m. this morning , very close to this tree, an extremely large branch crashed to the ground without any warning. The tree is marked with a red dot, so clearly has been earmarked for some reason. These trees should be cordoned off if that suggests a safety issue, as someone would have been seriously injured if they had been underneath.

Pothole in pavement outside number 89b, 30th April
This pothole had a circle of spray paint put around it many weeks ago for Bromley Council to fix. Similarly, two outside 87 also had the same - those two were fixed, but they must have forgotten the one outside number 89 Albemarle Road. Can someone please tend to it as it is a trip hazard.
