5: multiple potholes (3 small but deep ones) and sinkage, Beckenham Rd, Beckenham on the westbound carriageway to the west of the pelican crossing at Clock House Station., 27th April
5: multiple potholes (3 small but deep ones) and sinkage, Beckenham Rd, Beckenham on the westbound carriageway to the west of the pelican crossing at Clock House Station. I suggest that about 10m length x the westbound lane width of the carriageway needs re-surfacing, not just individual hole repairs. At least one hole is in a previous patch.

My ground floor flat was burgled due to rear communal grass being in total darkness at the back of 3 chislet close br3 1ub, 27th April
Since i have lived at 3 chislet close, the public accessible communal grass behind me has had no lighting whatsoever. Its pitch black at night. This puts our ground floor flats at risk at the rear and two of us have now been burgled. This area allows anyone to walk through and there is no detterent for suspicious behavior which we hear about often. I believe there should be some form of lighting at night for our safety.

Overgrown Tree outside 23 Downs Hill, 27th April
The tree is being reported again, as it has been in previous years, as continuing to grow unabated in both height and canopy, leading to the following issues:
- uplift of the paving (trip hazard for pedestrians owing to the uneven / broken paving, risk of damage to vehicles when opening doors, due to the height the paving) - displacement of the kerb (risk of damage to vehicles when parking, due to the profile of the kerb, part of which is missing) - damage to the property boundary wall (due to the paving uplift / tree growth / root penetration) - damage to the property front garden / driveway (due to the root penetration) - suspected damage to the property drains, established during building work (due to the root penetration) - suspected strain on the property communications cabling, established during water meter installation (due to the root penetration)
To my knowledge, having lived in the property for over 16 years, no substantive maintenance of the tree has taken place in recent years, perhaps for the last decade. The tree has outgrown its position, damaging both public and private property, is in urgent need of cutting back, or potentially removal.
