Decayed tree outside 1 & 3 Eden Way has very low branches that people have to dodge when walking past, branches also touch parked cars. Bark on the tree trunk looks decayed. Tree needs severe pruning/replacing to avoid injury.

I've previously been in touch in regards to the trees on the park side causing damage to our fence. It's growing back over into our garden now. This is causing an issue as we not long had the fence panels replaced by clarion due to the damage previously. I'd like to avoid this happening again.
Last time someone came and only cut a section of the trees to stop them touch the fence rather than cutting the trees down below the fence to stop the issue occurring for a longer amount of time. As you can imagine it's highly frustrating espically for my mum as she's been in and out of hospital due personal health reasons but she's always worried the problems just going to continue unless the trees are cut down below the fence.

The bin on the left hand side (in direction of chinese roundabout) has been melted in a small fire. Plastic is on floor melted into pavement. Flyers and relevant plastic signage is scattered about. Issue been present for 2 days but causing a hazard and continued flytipping

Road sign keft after works finished 3 wks ago, 13th May
This sign was left in the middle of the pavement, then moved by street cleaner to our driveway (not obstructing it but another thing to watch out for when parking on our drive! Was left behind a while ago when works were taking place in the street.
