Cementing round rectangular manhole is crumbling, 14th May
The cement around the manhole cover in the pavement outside No 7 George Lane is breaking up. The frame is loose and wobbles. Every time a pedestrian steps on his the sound can be heard inside the house. The cover needs taking up and resetting.

Fire risk, 13th May
A big pile of fly tipped hay bales in Keston Ponds car park by a charity at the weekend just waiting for someone to set them on fire. I live opposite and if this happens the woods will go up and so will my house.
Please remove them before this happens.
You know who left them there so you should treat them like anyone else who would fly tip there.

Mopeds using pavement because of road closures, 13th May
Starts hill road is currently closed due to roadworks. There is a large number of motorbikes using the pavement to cut through the closure. They are coming through at speed and are a danger to anyone coming out of their property. A number of them are delivering food on mopeds. This is an accident waiting to happen

Resident has reported a lack of street cleaning on Broadwater Gardens. He is picking rubbish up which should not be his job. He states he hasn't seen any street cleaners for the best part of 2 months. Please can this be looked into? Thank you

2 minis have been abandoned, 12th May
2 minis have been abandoned for about 2 weeks outside 8 Phoenix drive and number 10 Phoenix License plate numbers wp08ppx and vx65tkx. We witnessed someone leaving the car here and getting into a taxi and they haven’t been back

Overflowing litter bin, 12th May
Location: off main Whitebeam Ave/Princes Plain foot path, Litter/dog waste bin at the entrance to Parkfield rec field. This bin is overflowing. It often goes off "the radar" for emptying but many dog walkers use area to walk dogs so fills quickly. Easiest access is parking in cal de sac end of Whitebeam Ave and walk down foot path through metal barrier and follow turning on the R/H side. Many thanks.

The highway ditch retaining wall is collapsing, 11th May
Running along each side of Barnet Wood Road are two ditches. The Councilmaintian the ditches and the timber reatining walls which are on the highway side of the ditch,.The matter has been reported before. I have noticed today that a further section of the wall between no2 and 4 Barnet Wood Road has come away. The small soft verge os now in danger of collapsing into the dicth, As mentioned the Council have always maintained the retaining walls .
