Hedge of 63 Alma Road blocking pavement, 6th May
Only half the pavement is usable. Umbrellas snag and scrape vehicles in the rain. Pedestrians cannot pass each other. Many of the houses between 53 and 75 have private hedges that encroach onto public space. 63 is (currently) the worst. The mandatory parking notice is hidden behind vegetation as the photo shows. A campaign of enforcement is in order from BCC.

Insecure and rocking plate in road, 6th May
The 'Warrior' cover in the road, as in the pictures attached, is making a very loud noise when vehicle tyres go over it. The resulting clanking sound travels and is accentuated into our property and unfortunately it really disturbs us particularly at night. I'd be so grateful if it could somehow be stabilised and secured as it's now been like this for a few months... Thank you so much.

Old tree obstructing ability to park, 6th May
The tree stump is not straight, it’s lean into the road & consequently makes it difficult to park as the stump/trunk leans into the road.
In addition, it’s dangerous in bad weather conditions.

Trees overhanging Pavement at 2 or 3 Melrose Place, 6th May
Tree branches hang down so as to make the pavement virtually impassable on the South side of Melrose Place without bending down.In the wet it is worse. The North side is taken up with large numbers of waste bins from Everyman and not a pleasant place to walk either. Tree.responsibility would appear to be the owners of 2 and/or 3 Melrose place.BCC for action please.

Large pothole on corner of 32 Redland Grove, 5th May
Large pothole on corner as you turn into Ravenswood Road from Redland Grove. Has previously been an issue and refilled due to the fact water collects there. This makes it look just like a puddle but is actually a hole.
