Repaint double yellow lines to improve pedestrian safety, 16th April
Since the recent opening of the Alfu supermarket there have been frequent instances of vehicles parking too close to the junction. Repainted yellow lines may discourage this practice. Frankly, the issue isn't one of legality but safety; pedestrians (especially young pedestrians) are prevented from seeing oncoming traffic until they step out into the road as their vision is restricted by vehicles being parked so close to the junction.

Uneven pavement., 15th April
The pavement outside 2 Cambridge Park is very uneven. It seems to have become worse since Wessex Water undertook recent remedial work outside the front of the address. The pavement is now so uneven that it makes it difficult accessing the driveway in a car and also will, if not levelled, cause damage to vehicles/suspension. The difference in the two levels is significant.

Previously reported pothole 5612632, 15th April
I received an update to say this was fixed, but absolutely nothing has happened. When I started to make a new report I was told that roadworks were scheduled in this area between "Mon Jan 08 2024 until Fri Mar 31 2028". Certainly nothing happening as of yesterday afternoon. March 2028 is a long time for this dangerous situation to be allowed to continue. Can you be more specific? To summarise previous reports: Big pothole that could injure an unwary cyclist/scooter rider. Risk of collisions due to motorists swerving suddenly to avoid the pothole and entering the oncoming lane. A couple of reports of of vehicle damage.

Multiple bins and recycling boxes on pavement outside 5 and 7 Anglesea Place, 15th April
The amount of boxes and bins outside these properties make it impossible to pass by on the pavement if you have mobility problems, a buggy or a dog. Only option is to walk on the road which is obviously unsafe. Moved onto the street 6 months ago and has been constant problem since then but understand it is a long standing issue
