Gully is blocked causing huge inflow of water from highway into private property, 7th May
The gully outside 32 New Fosseway Road is blocked resulting in a huge inflow of water onto the unadopted lane next to it, submerging boundary fencing and private property in adjacent gardens. Will definitely undermine property foundations if left so requires urgent attention.

Lane flooding houses as not maintained, 6th May
Recent downpours have highlighted an issue with the lane management and flooding. In heavy rain, the lane next to several properties fills and floods the gardens/drives. The lane itself is not maintained, and hasn't been for several years - major pot holes etc.

Alligator teeth on entry to Brislington P&R site from Stockwood Lane, 6th May
I have been using the P&R bus on the above site for many years. I don’t have a low, sporty car and my tyres are the opposite of low profile. I drive over the teeth from almost a standstill, i.e very slowly but lately, i notice it feels like a dip has formed just before I drive over the teeth and they violently hit the bottom of my car and it’s a loud nasty bang against metal sound and I can feel the clunk too.
Could someone urgently check out they are functioning correctly?
Interestingly, when I exit to stockwood lane - over another set of alligator teeth, I don’t get this problem proving to me the other set are faulty. Thanks

Blocked drain covered in tarmac by councils own resurfacing contractors and never cleared, resurfacing carried out over 2 months ago. Now causes regular flooding of road in heavy rain

Lose and uneven drop kerb, 5th May
The drop kerb of 1 Lacey Road and 70 Ladman Road is very loose, slabs are cracked, and uneven. They have sunken considerably and causes issues to cars and pedestrians. There are large gaps between the slabs and this has allowed water to get into the area making them dangerous. Can this be addressed please thanks

One light near top of driveway, another light approximately 30 metres away down lane at the back of the property. Both do not come on when dark.

The vets have not maintained there boundary hedge which is pushing you in to the road,, 4th May
This problem needs to be addressed hedge needs to be cut back as it’s pushing you in to the road, it’s on the junction of wells road and cars come around the corner quickly. You can even get a push chair along the pavement.
