Overgrown access path, 26th April
Council has made very clear on prior (historic) correspondence that this area is property of the council estate and as such I'm not allowed to maintain it. This issue has been reported a fair few times prior directly with the Estate Management team, yet they haven't even graced the matter with a response. Over 3 years now, this issue hasn't even been dealt with in any form or way. The access to my property is unacceptably overgrown and badly asphalted, allowing the growth to take over. Beyond this being a nuisance, it's also unsafe as it becomes dangerously slippery due to all the collected silt and debry.

Double Yellow Lines extending too far from corner, 25th April
The double yellow lines extending from the corner of Whitby road up both sides of Bloomfield have been capped and shortened for many years. However the new tarmac covering the old lines regularly wears off (every year or so) and means that incorrect parking tickets are issued to residents parking legally by parking officers who are unaware of the current extent of the lines.
PLEASE can these old lines be covered permanently by hardwearing tarmac to the new shorter extent. These incorrect fines are a nuisance to people parking legally, and must be causing an unnecessary administrative burden to the council when they are inevitably cancelled.

Light still on all night - not fixed as reported, 25th April
I reported this street light a few months ago as it shines into our bedroom and keeps me awake. I asked for it to be switched off between about midnight and 4am or 5 am when it’s quiet. Some engineers did attend and do some work and it was reported back to me as job done, but it’s still on all night. It’s 3.30am now and I’ve just taken the photo. Please could you have another look at this? I’d really appreciate it, thanks.

Pavement to house smashed as cars driving on pavement (visible tyre marks). Lawns also damaged from this. Cars are parking on both sides of the narrow street is awkward spots meaning drivers cannot go down the street without driving on the pavement. Double yellows on one side of the road would help avoid avoid this, but also keep the road accessible for emergency vehicles.
